Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered at 5pm and advised delivery would be within the hour. 7pm still not arrived. Phone constantly engaged. Ended up going into store and asked for a refund to be told no they dont do refunds and they were just cooking my food. So I basically had to have it. Got it home and it was cold and the sauce was like jelly.

Horrible food and appalling service. Avoid avoid avoid. Second time I've had to complain about China city saltash. The first time the guy was very apologetic but second time I complained to the Chinese owners and they couldn't care less. The food is over cooked to the point where my fork wouldn't penetrate it. The curry sauce is so congealed it stuck to the pot and resembled jelly straight out of a mould. The food wasn't fresh and had clearly been reheated even the chips.
Very well cooked and the prices were reasonable.
