China Airline not Air China Please don't confuse

China Air has horrible customer service! Just thought I would share my experience when you are considering who to fly home next time. It was super difficult to even find a phone number to call in the UK to ask about changing the flight. Even though we bought the higher class of ticket that should easy to change, they acted like they were doing a favor to cancel a return flight without charging extra. To get the tax money back they expect one to go to the downtown London Office! The actual flight was great though! Ha, but seriously, just use someone else.
Really nice direct flight back to Taiwan which saves me lot of time and the ticket fare is reasonable... the crew member service is exceptional well and in -flight facilities looks like new
The nonstop flight to Taipei and same day connection to Sydney is amazing. Save me and my little ones lots of hustle.
Very bad customer service, they can speak only CHINESE, if you are Chinese then u using this airline, if you aren’t then don’t. The fly from London to Beijing , there was only one flight attendant can speak English and nobody else can. When I need something it take forever cuz they don’t understand.
コスパ最高。 普通の国際線の飛行機と違うのは、USBの充電コンセントがないこと。 (座席下に変圧器をさせるコンセントがありますが、機能するのとしないのがあるので要注意) それ以外は映画のタッチパネル操作が変わるくるい。 CAさんは親切だし、 機内食も美味しい。 遅延が当たり前とネットでは評判だったけど、行きも帰りも全て定刻通り。 大満足。
在這一次的罷工事件當中 我親自造訪了倫敦的中華航空 我覺得他們的螺絲真的鬆了 從國內到國外 反而在台灣的票務比較進入狀況 請你們加油但是需要監督 不是一直道歉就可以
