Lee fitted our 1st stove in December 2019,full installation from choosing stove, to fitting ,excellent choice of stove ,we now have had lee back to fit our 2nd stove October 2020 in our newly completed extension, we were so impressed with our 1st stove Heta inspire 45, 4.9Kw and lee carrying out a professional installation, we are very happy with service provided,and the cost of installation etc ,I would highly recommend lee .

Hi all Lee attended my house and gave me a full breakdown of price, it never stopped there, he even went out of his way to supply me with options for stoves where most people would try and force a stove on you, this was never the case with Lee. he advised suitable stoves and after looking i opted for the Flavel Arundel multi fuel stove 4.9 kw. he attended my house the following Monday and broke out the opening, it ended up been a bit more then expected with old findings but he just got on. by 12 pm the whole area was ready for the boarders. to cut it down one day was full knock out and rebuild, full plastered, render. Lee came back as per agreed on the Friday, he sorted out the miner stuff then dropped down the flue cut all plates and flue pipe. a few hours later the fire was going. i have now completed 6 small fires and have a full fire blazing away, my whole house is hot which i thought would not happen but boy was i wrong. i could not recommend Lee enough from the start he has given all information and explained step by step whats was going on, Any one looking or even thinking of having a stove installed contact Lee, from advise to full install you will be in brilliant hands Regards Michael & Sarah
Lee fitted our log burner in our extension. He was very professional and spent time sharing his knowledge and expertise on the use of our stove. He did a great job and cleaned up as he worked. The end result was fantastic and so it’s a very big thank you to Lee.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Lee came and offered great advice on what stove would be best for our requirements and where to get the best deal on buying it. Lee then completed the full removal of old fire place and full installation of the stove, liner & hearth. been using Chimney Services North East for 4 years now, especially for annual sweep as service is always professional. have recommended Lee to a number of our friends & colleagues
Lee completed the full removal of my old fire place, opened up my fire area and full installation of the defra multi stove and hearth. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything. He also comes out every year to clean the chimney. I would recommend to anyone who wants a stove to contact Lee. He will come out and explain everything to you.
