It's been a few years since I've eaten Chiloso. In the past I delighted to order the tortilla soup. With cravings from memories saved, I promised myself to partake once again. On a journey back to Wylie, I called and ordered to go, the tortilla soup and chicken bowl! Oh my Lord, what a treat! If you crave a different taste? Chiloso is the restaurant with great tasting food. And to the owners of Chiloso......you need to add a restaurant in Addison! Pretty Please?

Nice new place, plenty of parking. Friendly, knowledgable, helpful staff. Menu does not really tell you all the options. Salads, tacos, burritos, love the chips. Lots of very fresh options. Great tsste. Tends to have lots of spice. Can be a little too spicy.

Have a breathing condition, don't wear a mask as it just makes things worse. Waited 15 plus minutes in line to have service refused to me AFTER eating here one previous time while not wearing a mask (different manager that cares about customer service as we spoke that visit about it). So if you want to eat mediocre yet extremely expensive food with a company that discriminates against veterans and disabled people, then this is your place. Will happily goto chipotle from now on.

I have been a customer at Chiloso for many years, its just really unfortunate because the food is quite good, however it seems that maybe there is a lack of training throughout the company. How much you pay for your food always depends on whose working because some people know the prices and portions and others don't. It always take an extremely long time to get through the line compared to other restaurants that have a line, there is always a lot of dysfunction and it seems not one person has a set position, instead everyone runs around like its a mad house. Most of the staff are young, but it is not their fault, the upper level managers and even regional managers are to blame for this, because every one of the restaurants function in this impractical way.

I ordered the black and salmon bowl and it was good but I just didn't understand why they put bacon in it.
