Ken there service technician came to our home to service our furnace and fireplace. He was very knowledgable and very professional. He pulled everything apart and did a thorough cleaning and fixed whatever needed to be fixed. He cleaned up after himself. With covid 19, I felt very safe as he wore a mask as we did as well. I will be using Chilliwack heating again in the future and would recommend Ken very highly

WE just had a technician repair our fireplace, which wouldn't light after the annual summer shutdown. We were very surprised at how thorough and polite the service man was. We were even more pleasantly surprised at the reasonable charge for parts and labor. When the problem occurred, we asked John Bestwick, the owner of Burden Propane, for advice, he immediately recommended JC Fireplaces In Chilliwack, and we are glad he did.
