Good food and polite staff. Would recommend them as they are the closest we have found to our favourite Chinese restaurant in a far far far away country!

Have to say I've heard nothing but good things for the Capital. Unfortunately they do not cater to the customers who do not eat seafood. Turns out their egg rolls and soup can NOT come without. VERY disappointed and had to take our business else where. Can I also say that Chilliwack needs a GOOD Chinese restaurant. We've tried three so far, and it's been a BIG thumbs down since we moved here in April.
Rude rude rude server!! Food very oily and portions small. Free green tea with dinner was ok. They do not give old fortune cookies and they do not deliver either.
