I was referred to Authentic Installations by Westeck Windows for replacement of several of our home's windows and patio doors. Dan showed up to our place on time for an assessment of our needs and promptly provided us with a detailed quote. He was very responsive to feedback and we iterated on the quote to tweak finishes and details about how the windows will open. When we decided to go with Authentic Installations, Dan gave us rough timing for when the things would be manufactured and installed. It was several months away, which was later than we had hoped, but it was no fault of them - manufacturing was backed up (particularly with the ongoing pandemic). Dan touched base with us a month prior to the original ETA and gave me an exact target date for the installation. At 8:30am that morning a crew of 5 installers showed up ready to go. The team was friendly and professional and the job was done within a couple of days as promised. Throughout the work they kept us informed, asked for input, and they cleaned up well once finished. We're now extremely happy with the Westeck products - it's a huge upgrade over what we had. I highly recommend Authentic Installations and will be using them again for additional windows and doors in the future.
