So I could say \I've eaten alot of curries in my time\, as would most people I know.. but I must admit, this one is up there. So apart from speedy and friendly service the food is absolutely delicious. And incredible value. Vegetarian or meat, it's all be sublime. These guys are now my favourite in the Swansea area.

Called in at 5:30 told to pick up food at 18:00. Met by Jas and team with a smile, food was prompt hot and tasty. All covid measures in place, so you can feel confidence buying your food from there. Chillies is always fresh authentic and gorgeous thoroughly recommended well done again and Happy Diwali x

Went to collect my order from chillies takeaway. I walk up to the counter looked into the kitchen there was three members of staff two were working one sat down smoking. I stood in disbelief as I watched him pressing the cigarette out on the counter then throw it on the floor. I when walked out as I got in my car a member of staff came out and asked me if I was collecting my order. I told him that I was not as no member of staff should be smoking in a food prescription area. This took more than one attempt for the message to finally compute in his mind, as I'm well aware of food hygiene standards and practices. I'm so annoyed as I'm a regular customer of chillies takeaway and restaurant and as the staff frequently work in both premises I will no long be customer. I recently had food in the restaurant with my family. Staff were wearing face masks while delivering food to the table and very friendly. But I now wonder what the kitchen standards were like as the chillies takeaway kitchen staff did not were any face masks and had a total disregard for food hygiene standards. Ex customer.

They have been superb through lock down. Great range of fantastic tasting curries. Friendly service as well. Best Indian delivery in the area
