Customer service was awful, we waited for our table 20 mins and onces we were seated it was like we weren’t not even there, it took them like 45 mins to someone to noticed us so they could of taken are order, they you should have more staff in the floor!

It was our first time eating at this location. The server was nice. Chips, salsa and spinach dip was excellent. we ordered queso burger with black bean pattie and they served us beef. Service was a little slow.
Politeness is the invitation to any NEW customer. Prompt service is exquisite at Chili's.... waiter was extremely alert..... Totally awesome.... attire was very presentable....
