Not worthy of any stars , Beware of a worker there by the name of Ross Duncan, a vile human being so he is. Dishonest , story maker and believes his own lies, all caught on a private recording. Complaint made but nothing done about it as recording was “covert”???? Hmmm Don’t trust a word they say

I can't remember my 1st officer was great shame I never kept her as she was fair. The main officer was Emma by good she took to my ex side and didn't care for child safety even after going through court and being proven not guilty due to no evidence that was claimed by my ex but this officer didn't care and believes that the judge was wrong with no evidence because of this it took me 7months to prove that my ex was the problem and finally stated this in a report. But by then the damage was done so she still stood by my ex and defended her. I believe that from my experience that these officers are lazy and don't want to work and will do very little to help why this is I don't know but I experienced that Emma kept referring to her personal experience end of the day everyone is different and should be treated like that should not judge and keep opinions to themselves. I have reported this to a manger never head back but while on phone she did mention that some officers have been working here along time and stuck in the old ways. If you can try get someone new hoping this might help someone else not go through what I did since your going through a lot to be dealing with cafcas
Failed to record the children’s wishes case worker poor and report even worse
If you are a working man these guys will do everything in there power to drag your case out costing you money every opportunity they can. They dont return calls or emails and my case worker didnt even turn up to court very unprofessional and I recommend you get a solicitor as they play the system...
Poor service a lad I know is currently at court for his daughter and there cant even give him a call back when he rings them numerous times if you ask me it's a way for them to justify the wages by prolonging there trials cause they couldn't care about the children's lives at matter or they would actually go out and visit the familys there destroying
