筑後船小屋駅で新幹線から在来線に乗り継ごうとしたところ、在来線が人身事故で止まっており、運転再開までこの施設で待機させてもらいました。検温などありましたが、暖がとられていて自販機もあり快適でした。 なお、筑後船小屋駅の新幹線駅舎には、改札外から利用できる待合室があったようです。
