some of the best pizza in skipton, but the staff are incredibly rude and missed onion rings off my order, as well as getting the burger wrong. getting anything other than pizzas and fries here is wrong.
Half decent food at a reasonable price when it's good, but more often than not it arrives undercooked, cold, wrong, or missing items. The last time we complained, they sent the correct order out by a taxi driver that expected money for the redelivery, leading to ten minutes on the phone to Chico's whilst the taxi driver stood there waiting for his money and our food went stone cold. My order has been forgotten more than once, and the customer service is generally gormless and uninterested. Used to love this place
