Every time we're visiting from Dallas, Chicos Tacos is a must!! Did we even come to El Paso if we didn't go eat here?! Thankful for all the safety measurements they've done to help make sure everyone stays safe! Don't even mind waiting in line. We will probably be coming back another 2 times during our visit. Can't find this deliciousness elsewhere.
Rent a cop at the door asking people \to go\ or dine in to control the number of people inside. I wanted a to go order. Kindly let me in and asked me to sanitize my hands. Proceeded to the register. I place my order and wasnt asked for there or to go. Apparently, if it is to go they have to charge you .16 per cup. Big deal but the lady who puts the order up refuses to take the money forcing me back in line to pay a total of .36 are you kidding me? What the heck happened to I'm so sorry about that we have to charge you a little extra . I can take your money hold on while we make your order to go and I get you change... not here. No customer service
The worst taco I have had from Chico’s I won’t be back until they allow dine in, cause carry out was really bad! Burnt tacos , tasted burnt, looked burnt, smelled burnt. Only thing good was the sauce and chili, took me 30mins to get my order just for them to forget my burrito, bad service, will wait to go back when they dine in. Miss the old school Chico’s Taco’s food. Still good, but not great like it used to be
We were so eager to eat at chicos Tacos, coming from out of town. First stop was Chico tacos,it was such a disappointment the fries were over cooked,tacos were awful very over cook. And hog dog very flat and bland. Very expensive not worth what we spend on that nasty food,very different from our old school chicos tacos.
