Always great food, always the correct order too. Only had one small issue where it was late; however, they were really busy probably due to the Uber Eats offer. When I called them, the chap on the phone was really apologetic and gave me an accurate ETA. Will definitely continue to use Chickish to satisfy my chicken cravings :)

Fresh and hot food
Ordered from chickish a couple of times before and the food has been below par. But ordered a collection just after midnight 2 nights ago. Chicken panini and curly fries. Quality of the food was poor. A couple of hours later after eating suffered from tummy cramps and a bad stomach. Was ill for most of the day. Will not be ordering from Chickish again.
chickish cancelled my order themselves, yet I was still charged by Uber eats, they than refused to refund me the money as they said it has to be through uber eats, furthermore they claimed that they cancelled my order as the order amount was too little, yet they have a no minimum order set up!! Uber eats refused to refund me the money as they claimed I cancelled my order, when in-fact it was chickish. Uber Eats has an automated response that gives the constant same reply, so quite OBVIOUSLY you cannot communicate with a robot, so not only did I get charged I received no food, there was no way of communicating with anyone to resolve this issue!!!!! as the employee at chickish only replied with ignorance and unprofessionalism.DONT have a NO MINIMUM order set up, when you can’t follow it through!!!!!!!extremely unprofessional and pathetic.I have been a regular customer for so long, yet clearly customers mean nothing to chickish, the way I was spoken to was disgusting.No doubt they will respond back in a bitter and childish manner, however there is no justification for there extremely unsatisfactory, disgraceful behaviour.
