I visit this place weekly and lately I have beem having irregularities in my orders (food missing, incorrect orders etc). Tonight just about took the cake. I ordered food for my family and a tortilla soup for myself. My food was right but right when I was about to eat my food, I see a long black hard piece of unidentifiable food in my soup. No it was not a tortilla. I crunch my tortillas up before (I put it in my soup). Totally turned off. I love chickfila. I dont want to give up on them so I guess I will be going to another chickfila down the road in mcdonough or jonesboro. Highly disappointed.

I call this excellent restaurant many times as I love the ambiance that is characterizes this place. The staff is extremely attentive and experienced. The service is absolutely fast. Needless to say, the food they cook is great. I ate there more than once and I was always delighted. The pay is decent. I highly suggest this restaurant to to all.
Hands down the best Chick-fil-A location!! This location ensures that their customers are satisfied and the staff is always professional and friendly. I only go to this location unless I’m in another city and I cannot.
As always, the chicken is excellent. My only complaint is the drive through experience. I don't know if it's just this location or all of them, but not once did we get to see the menu before we ordered. The line is always long do they walk down the drive through line and take people's orders before they have gotten to the menu and that just seems backwards to me. I know what I want already, but I was introducing my wife to Chick-fil-A for the first time and she had no idea what get options were.
This place is so good....Santa even eats here.
