The restaurant is closed for walk up orders. I had a free chicken sandwich on the app and wanted to add the waffle fries. Had trouble adding it and a wonderful team member went out if her way to help me at the pickup window. My belly was happy

Great value for a good product - I recommend the grilled chicken sandwich as a healthy option (just 310 calories). I order take-out and then spice my sandwich up with Tapatío sauce and ground red pepper.
The food at Chick-fil-a is always delicious. I had posted initially regarding an order where the bag with the sandwiches that were ordered was missing. We received a prompt reply from management apologizing for the issue and making sure that it was resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you for your excellent customer service follow up.
I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that it was a enjoyable evening and the place was no doubt the reason for that successful celebration. The stuff cooperated in a graceful manner, the meals were tasty and my guests were very glad. We shall surely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.
If you have never been to Chick fil a and this will be your first experience or you dine at chick fil a first for the experience, I would recommend you find a different location. Customer service is not what normal chick fil a is. Go to chick fil a in suburbs and it’s a whole different experience. Only 1 public bathroom and key pad lock on door. No inside dining only walk up experience. Food was fine but experience was lacking BIG time. Place seems new so maybe they just need some training. I ordered a 6 piece nugget. They only had 5 in the box. I came back and told them and they gave another box.
