This place is just GREAT in all areas! I get so excited going here and even though the lines are often long they sure do move quickly! The food is always fresh! The customer service is A!! I love it here! Go Chick-fil-lay! Don’t change a thing! In fact all the other places should follow lead!

They are efficient, personable, and the best quick service food location.
The location in Fairview heights has never disappointed me ever. They take care of first responders, and they have always gotten my order right n gone the extra bit to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. Like last week when I went through the drive through and when they went to hand me my order, the bag tore near the top n ended up falling onto the ground next to my car. Angelita one of the managers (one of my favorite managers.) Came outside n picked up the bag n offered to remake the entire order if anything had fallen out or came unwrapped. I said she didn't have to re-bag it, but she did anyways, and even gave me a complimentary soda as an apology. I hope upper management for this location sees this and knows how hard of a worker n how good a manager she is.
Chick-fil-A has done an amazing job of managing the demand for their food during these times. Yet they are still providing good quality food. They are just doing an excellent job, all around.
Great food, but one filet was too small. Edit (9/23/19): Went again today. Good food still, but tomato slices were the tiny ends with stem patterns.
