I never have problems with them but they had me park and I waited almost 15 min for my order. I mean I understand they were busy but come on, cars behind me got their food before I did.

Their food is great but their customer service is terrible. On several occasions I have ordered on the app and 1. The food is never ready when I get there, and 2, when I choose the option to pick up inside, no one acknowledges that you are there. They really need to study how Chick-fil-A operates. Louisiana fast is an oxymoron!
Who doesn't love Chick-Fil-A? Drive thru was fast despite the line. Food was hot and fresh fries! Not that you go to a restaurant for the landscaping, but grounds were nice and pleasing.
Overall, love it. But on weekends they tend to get stuff wrong. Today my half and half tea was all unsweetened, and both medium fries were half burnt and in pieces, at 12:30 pm as if they had been sitting but there were a ton of cars. Also yesterday no one was directing the order of cars and 2 cars jumped in front of me, causing confusion at the pay stand as well as the window. I feel like sometimes they are taking more orders at once than they can process.
