Never any complaints. If only every other fast food chain could adopt chic fil a business model and customer service guidelines life would be better

First Chik Fil A. We loved visiting. We asked if they had any Swag once we got our order but they did not. They did mess up our order by forgetting a sandwich and putting pickles on when my wife asked for none - she is allergic. So it was disappointing to show up to the original one on purpose and have a bad experience. We do not live in the area but love Chic Fil A. We did not have time to return to correct the issue and filed a complaint but received stock responses and free food. We just felt like we were treated like a number and not a customer. Quality of the food they messed up was great. I could eat it but my wife missed out because of the snafu.
I frequent this location often because it is very close to work. They do an excellent job with customer service and have innovative ways to deal with the pandemic
Curbside pickup was reasonably quick and food was fresh. Parking on the side was wonky because you cannot see to back out if surrounded by huge vehicles! However, the restaurant has pivoted well to take best advantage of increased drive through and curbside service.
Great food, but long drive thru line.. waited about 30 minutes to pick up our food. But this is chick fil a so it's expected...
