Most places are good but I have a very poor experience at this Sanford location. From drive-thru I was told to pull over toward the front of the store which is reasonable from time to time. However, we waited for a long period of time (23 minutes) until a manager came out to ask us what we had ordered. The manager went back inside and another 10 minutes later I was refunded because they were now closed and gave my food to someone else. Very poor service, i was the only car waiting and did not enjoy my time here. I wont be coming back to this location unfortunately and will make sure any of my aquaintenances don’t experience the same here.
The staff was amazing! If you are having a bad day just go through the drive thru. Plus the food was good.
Drive-thru was packed. Had to wait for my food approximately 15 minutes or more. They forgot one of my items that I ordered. The item was chicken nuggets 12 piece for my great granddaughter and grandson. I ordered 2 and received only one. By the time I got home they were starving. I had to find more food at home for them to eat for dinner.
This is our first time getting something from Chick-fil-A of Sanford and I have to say, they are exceptional!!! The food was fresh and the staff were friendly. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
