What can I say? It’s chick-fil-a! This is a newer location and it gets VERY busy at noon. I recommend using the app and ordering ahead for curbside service. It is much faster this way.

Today, I had a terrible experience at the Centreport Chick-fil-A! I placed my order in the app and requested curbside delivery. I pulled into parking space 2 and added the parking space information into the app. I sat there for 10 minutes and I finally flagged down an employee to let them know that I've been waiting on my order for awhile. I showed the team member my digital receipt (attached), she checked her device and informed me that they didn't have my order. She stated that she would go in and check again. At that point, a manager came out and asked to see my receipt. I showed her and she said it's not in our system but I guess I will go in and grab that for you. When she returned, she told me that the order was not in their system and I should reach out and see if the order was really paid for by calling customer service. She didn't offer an apology for my wait or the system fail. I felt as if she was implying that I was lying about my order although I had a time dated digital receipt. I am a regular customer at this Chick-fil-A but the treatment that I received today has caused me to second guess my loyalty to this location. Chick-fil-A is BETTER than this and it cruelly didn't seem as if it was their pleasure today. UPDATE Feb 11: The morning after I posted this review, the leadership at Centreport Chick-fil-A contacted me with a heartfelt apology. It was an amazing feeling to hear the compassion and concern in the caller's voice. I was blown away at the empathy that was shown to me regarding my experience. To know that my experience actually mattered to them made my heart swell. In the big scheme of things, this location serves thousands of meals each day and I am one customer who ordered a breakfast meal. But the leader who called me, remindes me that I matters! I really know that Centreport Chick-fil-A CARES. Thank you for caring about me!

They always get my order correct, however today the fries were extremely cold when brought out, and the “large” fry holder wasn’t even half full.
