I cant recommend Oaklands Funeral Services highly enough. Becky and her team provided the most wonderful service and were so understanding and accommodating with our wishes. The funeral was so beautiful and despite the challenges of COVID they went above and beyond to give our beautiful mum the best possible send-off.

It will always be a difficult time when someone passes away and facing up to making funeral arrangements is a daunting task especially if you have never had to do it before. When my Dad passed away we went to Oaklands Funeral Services - not just because they were local to us but also because they had come highly recommended. They did not let us down - Oaklands were highly professional and very supportive throughout, they accommodated all of our special requests with great sensitivity and in particular gave us good advice regarding aspects of the funeral service. For example somehow Becky could see that producing our own Orders of Service would be right - I did not relish the task (although I had mentioned it) but she helped me to go ahead with it - Becky was emphatic enough to see what was needed for myself and the family for which I am very grateful. I could also mention Oaklands help in dealing with the Council, Stone Mason and helping to sort out our particular needs regarding music at the service. My families heartfelt best wishes go to all of the Staff who we feel are better now described as friends. Thank you.
