Neutral in my book (don't like medical doctors usually). However although theyre fairly busy, I feel they are hands on in sentiment and like to communicate (unlike built up areas). They also use telephone and 'the modern Email correspondence', which is also a strength..

Very rude reception staff, they make you feel guilty for coming into the surgery as if you are wasting their time. They make me feel very un welcome. Doctors do not stick to the schedule. I was waiting for 40 minutes for my appointment with no communication with what was going on.
