like
I am very glad that I found this surgery, I have seen about 4 different doctors since registered which have all been so friendly and helpful. I have recommended to several other people who have said the same thing.
This is an excellent surgery,always caring and helpful,I could not wish for better.
My husband and l have bern patients at Langley Hse for ten yrs and have nothing but the greatest praise for everyone involved from helpful reception staff to doctors. We feel very lucky that this is our surgery..BS, W Ashling

This surgery is absolutely ridiculous. The doctors are never on time and the reception staff are extremely rude.
Very rude reception staff, they make you feel guilty for coming into the surgery as if you are wasting their time. They make me feel very un welcome. Doctors do not stick to the schedule. I was waiting for 40 minutes for my appointment with no communication with what was going on.
Neutral in my book (don't like medical doctors usually). However although theyre fairly busy, I feel they are hands on in sentiment and like to communicate (unlike built up areas). They also use telephone and 'the modern Email correspondence', which is also a strength..
