Had a great week away on our first trip in a motorhome. As novices Landcruise did everything possible to make our trip easy. On the first night we had a couple of issues, mostly caused by our inexperience, a quick phone call and their technical department was able to solve it in a friendly and patient manner. The collection and return was prompt and efficient. We had initially booked for April but the Covid lockdown put a stop to that. We were able to change the booking to September. We were renting as we wanted to try it out before possibly buying one. If we do not end up buying one we will rent from Landcruise again.

We recently hired a Swift 614 rover home to take away the baby and dog to Cornwall. We were able to pick up 2 hours earlier than normal. Contact was minimal when collecting the motorhome and all the how to videos were on YouTube and a USB stick to show on the TV if you have no signal.

The check in experience was a little cold and unfriendly, but when we were handed over to Gemma, we were made very welcome and comfortable. Our first experience with a motor home and have no complaints at the quality of what Land Cruise provided us with. Gemma was again, excellent during the handing back of the vehicle. Would definitely recommend Land Cruise

Fantastic 6 berth motorhome at a very reasonable price. Staff right from telephone booking to picking up van and bringing back couldn't be better. I was advised during booking that once paid there are no refunds so nothing was hidden from me and i knew the score.....wouldn't hesitate to book again.
