I’ve had the displeasure of using this post office recently as I’ve moved to the area. The other reviews are absolutely correct. Ignorant and rude staff. You’d think they’d be making more effort due to the bad reviews, but sadly no.
Do not use Hardham Rd Post office & news Chichester, unless you want to face the unbelievably rude and unreasonable staff who won’t let lone parents bring in small children, making them leave them outside at risk. Hope they are ashamed of themselves for embarrassing, for no good reason, an army wife who is coping on her own while her husband is working and delivering supplies to our NHS. Coping on your own is hard. Be Kind everyone
Very rude staff, ask them for anything and you’ve caused them the biggest inconvenience, and it seems this is pretty consistent amongst other reviews. I thought maybe it was just one of the employees, but it’s been the same service every time with different staff, so I doubt anything will change.
The most unwelcoming staff... Heaven forbid you interrupt their day.
