absolutely beautiful place to visit, so much history in it is amazing I'm not religious but I love exploring cathedrals and looking at the historical areas of it. I highly recommend going and just sitting for a minute in one of the pews when there's no one else around. I lit a candle for my grandmother and left feeling at peace. lovely place

Beautiful cathedral! Couldn't see inside as there was a service in progress, but impressive even from the outside. Nice area to walk around as well.
Very nice cathedral, pre book to quicken COVID test and trace. Worth supporting with a donation at the entrance or exit.
A beautiful place to visit if in Chichester. Its a beautiful cathedral including the grounds and the Bishop Palace gardens
My visit was a little rushed due to a tight timetable. However, sadly my visit did benefit from the current Covid 19 restrictions. The Cathedral was almost empty, which was great for photography. Also, all the seating had been removed. This enhanced the feeling of space, also showing of the floor to great effect. This also seem to enhance the light. The Cathedral is also the final resting place of several Chichester Bishops. Whilst admission is free, it is possible to make donations electronically and several terminals are available. Also all visitors are required to complete a 'track & trace' form. As you would expect at this time there is no Cathedral shop for souvenirs. Despite the restrictions, this magnificent building is still a must to visit. Various photo opportunities are available from a walk around the exterior of the Cathedral.
