Terrible communication and customer service skills! They delivered the garbage can to the wrong address 2 times and they tried to charge me. once I called to cancel my service the manager seemed to be upset and said he was going to cancel my service and email me stating exactly just that. Never received the email for cancelation or did they cancel my service kept on charging me. I would recommend everyone stay away from this company they shouldn't even be in business. I would give a single star but I was forced to give them one. They should toss the company away because it straight trash!

Bad customer service this company I will try to do extra charge for anything like you have a trashcan and your dumpster overfill of trash They will do anything for any reason with no reason just to take extra money from you I recommend everyone not to deal with this company I make a mistake I’m not gonna make that mistake one more time when I open another business

They are so friendly on the phone and even though they could not accommodate our last minute needs they did their very best and offered other options. We will use them again!

They were good for a while, but went bad after the years, will not recommend this company, overcharged you when they have to come back after they missed the pick ups, its was a nightmare working with them. very snooty customer service never again

This company customer service is horrible, full of lies. Not willing to work with customers, taking money and not providing a resource to the problem. I would never reccomend this company to a animal let a long a human. Now I'm stuck with 3 bagster full of trash and I have to find another company. This is ridiculous, and they wont call you back. Just hiding behind emails.... I should've read the reviews before buying these bagster

Service sucks. They tell you they'll deliver dumpster one day, then they don't show up until night. If you request morning, They'll show up at the end of the day. They act polite on the phone cause they know they will screw you in the end.
