Started with an inquiry to AK the night before going into Passport Visa office and he was very helpful on the phone even after hours. Went in the next day and Kristy was very helpful with the visa processing for my wife and I. We needed our visas to be processed and returned to us in 7 days and they got them back to us in 4 days!! Amazing people at Passport Visa!

As you can see all of the reviews for this place are either stellar or terrible (mostly 5 stars or 1 star). Everything about this place seems sketchy and definitely not professional. This can be seen from the fact that “visas” is spelled incorrectly on the taped up sign. With visas being half of their business (passports and visas) you would think that they would change the sign. Especially since changing the sign would require nothing more than printing a new one and taping it up. On the plus side we paid for a new passport for the 10-12 business day option. The passport was ready in about 3-4 business days. I haven’t used it yet but it looks legit and like a real passport. So the service is real and it was substantially faster than expected. The negatives are that the business does not seem all that real. The posted business hours online are fake so make sure you call ahead. And I would go even one step beyond that, call and make an appointment for a specific time. Call the day before the appointment, the day of, and even the hour before the appointment or no one is going to be there. This is because you are calling someone’s cell phone and not a real business line. Overall the customer service was terrible, but the passport showed up over a week early and the price was a bit cheaper than comparable expediting services.

Kristy was amazing and we were able to take our family trip to Mexico. My son’s passport had expired and due to COVID we didn’t think we could renew in time for our trip. Kristy insured us all of our paperwork was accurate and provided all the necessary steps to get this expedited in time. She always responded and followed up with us. I would highly recommend!
