This location was on the 4th floor, just off the walkway from the parking lot. It’s not fun sitting for 12 hours waiting for someone during their surgery. Having an experience that is convenient and somewhat comfortable is welcomed. I wish the chairs were softer to take a good nap. Parking was very close and plenty of spaces available and the price was a reasonable 8.

My wife were there for an emergency and she was treated with very good care, and nice nurses service very neat and professionals. Also the doctors were very nice with her. Thanks a lot and god bless all who work in this hospital.

I've been a patient at Rush in many departments for many years, but I have to say that sadly, it doesn't seem that quality patient care is at the top of the list. There have been many times I have actually had to go to other hospitals for treatment and care. My latest experience was when a FNA biopsy was refused to be done even though ordered by a doctor, but my insurance was charged. I've been met with bad attitudes, been told that I'm not trying hard enough to get better and looked down upon. How can anyone get better when they are receiving treatment like this. I'm now on the search for a better place to get my medical care.

The Best Hospital in Chicago.... I've been with my daughter for her knees and shoulder problems. We're very happy with the outcome. Her physician is Dr Verna, a very excellent & compassion doctor. The staffs at Rush Hosp are warm hearted & polite. I've spread the word on how great Rush Hospital is towards the out-patient people. Thank you.

I have been a patient at Rush for over 5 years now in various departments... All I can say is the treatment I receive here is incredible. Yes the ER is slow at times, but there are much worse with in the city, believe me. I truly feel blessed to have so much support. From the valet people to the nurses and doctors, you can truly tell most people are here for the love of the job.
