I really love Planned Parenthood and it could just be this location but the quality of care provided seems to be going down drastically. They’re very nice once you’re in there but when I called in the receptionist seemed so disinterested in her job that when I repeated my appointment back to her she said something completely different then quickly told me it was what I said after I repeated it again. Then they always tell you that your prescription will be ready shortly after you leave. It never is. I called my pharmacy about a week later and they said they NEVER got the prescription. I had to call back up to PPL and have them actually fill it (again almost a week later). Again the lady sat at her computer, asked me where to send my prescription, said it would be ready and she never even sent it. Not very professional so I can only imagine how they mishandle other urgent cases here. I really hate to see places meant to help the community lose funding especially when they have helped so many for little to nothing but the people who work here really have to do better.

The facility was very clean and it smelled good. The staff was very friendly and informative! very professional! They answered all the questions I had and gave me advice that I could understand. I highly recommend this location for any needs that anyone would need. I left my appointment smiling those women were awesome!!!!!!

This facility is trash. The dark skinned bald woman is very rude & talks to people like they are a child. Joy is very nice though! I had an appointment at 10am and was not seen until 11:30. This place is terrible & the staff are rude & do not care about the patients. go somewhere else. 0 stars.!!
