If you love Puerto Rican food you will definitely want to pay this place a visit. The owner welcomed us at the door and it honestly felt like we back in the islands, walking into a friend's home for some home cooking. I would give them five stars but there were many menu items unavailable, mostly due to the perfect storm of recent heavy snow, pandemic restrictions and Chicago area restaurants only recently being allowed to open for sit down dining. We will definitely revisit in a few weeks when supply has had a chance to catch up with demand.

Delicious Jibarito, they have an outdoor seating area or you can always do take out. Staff is super friendly and attentive.

Perfect restaurant when you are feeling home sick. Good food, good drinks, their piña colada was sooo good.They are super friendly and we came in near the closing time. The owner was awesome and he even walked us out and gave us his card. We told him that we had to travel for long hours and he said you call me if anything happens. Definitely coming back again next time we visit.
