Like most people, I struggled with making the decision to file for a Chapter 7. I did a very thorough review of all of the bankruptcy firms out there. Fran was very understanding, helpful and patient with me as I discussed my situation with him. This was my second time doing Bankruptcy . Atty Fran treated us like family he answered all our concerns. The process took less than 2 months with complete filing for me and my wife. just want to start off by saying how amazing Rae Kaplan, Josephine and Carlie have been. Kaplans firm is without a doubt the most professional firm I have came across. They respond very quickly and were always happy to answer any questions or concerns that I had, and they truly have your best interest at heart! Before I was referred to Kaplan, I did my research and found a few other lawyers, but I was rejected due to the high amount of student loans that I had. Rae went above and beyond by helping me modify a private student loan decreased by about 70% of the original amount!!!! I can’t begin to express the financial relief she has given me and my family. My experience with Rae and the team was fantastic! I never felt bad nor uninformed. They were very responsive.
