2 hour wait minimum, and they don't answer the phone. How ridiculous! They make everyone wait just so that applicants will leave. This pitiful place has as few workers as the library across the street. The office manager is cool, but every other employee, IDES or security, feels the need to play sheriff when all anyone wants is to get in and get out. Lots of loud complainers waiting in line, but I don't blame them. This rough economy is no excuse to have to waste 2-4 hours of your life here getting treated like an idiot and offered no real help.
