Very caring and patient staff, they made me feel very welcomed and calm. Tidy and clean facility that makes me feel comfortable being there during COVID. I’ve had a wonderful experience with every staff person I have met. If you are thinking about checking this place out, I definitely recommend calling in for a consult. Incredibly kind and caring medical and support staff who work hard to accommodate patients and make them more comfortable no matter how difficult the circumstances. I cannot recommend this group strongly enough to those in need of fast-acting relief for many types of chronic pain and psychiatric concerns, far above the other options in Chicago.

Dr Bal & everyone at Chicago IV Solutions are amazing! The doctors & nurses all have a great bedside manner and do a wonderful job of explaining things before and after each treatment. The front desk staff are all incredibly friendly as well. My work & service related PTSD was really consuming my existence. The ketamine treatments have played a vital role in helping me regain some normalcy. It has taken that general heaviness away. It’s a very good compliment to my therapy & coping mechanisms. I can’t recommend Chicago IV Solutions enough. It has truly been a game changer for me.
