Sifu Paula is an excellent teacher. She is adept at establishing a positive and productive learning environment for students. HealthKick Kung Fu is professionally organized with very motivated instructors. The variety of activities provided by the school shows a thoughtful and holistic approach to martial arts which I really enjoy and appreciate.

I was passing by and have seen a lot of work that master of kung fu putting out there . you can feel his energy ig going out of the gym . really impressed
Its super fun! I love it, It's the best Kung Fu class I have ever taken. Sometimes it's a little hard but you get used to it and have lots of fun doing it. The teacher even Do jokes sometimes, She's funny, nice and skillful at what she does. This is by far the number 1 Kung Fu school ever... :D
HealthKick Kung Fu is a great place to learn traditional martial arts forms, self-defense, qi gong and sparring techniques. I joined as an adult without previous martial arts training, however, Sifu Paula and the instructors help students develop skills and reach their potential. I also appreciate that the school's environment encourages students to fulfill their personal goals while building camaraderie with a group of dedicated people.
Our son has been coming here for about a year and the experience has been great. We love the instructors and Sifu Paula is really wonderful. We like how disciplined the class is and are amazed at the skills our son is learning. We also appreciate the flexibility in the pricing structure and if we are gone for a few months in the summer, we can make a pause in our payments. Everything has been so easy and flexible.
