I love the decor and interior design. The staff are friendly and attentive and portion sizes and generous. My friend and I absolutely loved the chicken fries. I tried the mighty meat burger which people rated well on Instagram. Unfortunately I didn't think it was that great, the beef patties used had a processed taste to them, something I've found at a number of \gourmet\ burger places and what sets apart an excellent burger place and an average one. Because of this I can only give it three stars until the quality of the patties improves.

The food itself was really good, the cutomer service provided by who I assume the manager was exceptional. However, the hygiene standards are not the best. One of the cooks wore a face mask around his neck, not his mouth, and was yapping on the phone - Clearly spreading germs around and on the food. I had to bring it up with the manager as it made me feel really uncomfortable. The second cook wore a face mask but didn't wear a hair net on his beard. When we got home to eat the burger, there was mixed in with the burger meat - I rang the shop that evening and was told to call back when the manager arrived, when I had done that the call was continously disconnected.
First ate here in 2018 and now I’m a weekly customer. Food has always been very reasonably priced and of excellent quality, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Can’t recommend enough
It’s my first time ordering at this restaurant and honestly I was so surprised how good the burgers were! I ordered the flaming chicken burger and my partner got the Chicago tower burger and we were happy for days! You pay for exactly what you get and it’s so big!
Chicago Grill really know how to deal with chicken.. The meals out of chicken are made so awesomely delicious. This branch in particular, I found the staff were warm and friendly.. rendered their services with passion.. It's a pleasure to dine in this halal restaurant. Thanks Eesa
