This was the most difficult decision of my entire life. That being said, this place really helped make it a more bearable one. They are so courteous, kind, professional and like angels, from the people who help escort you from your car to the door (there may be protesters fyi), to the actual Doctor who performed the procedure and of course all the nurses and staff along the way. They answer any and all questions and are extremely supportive. They are also very cognizant of and helpful in relieving your physical pain. On top of that, the facility is very clean. I will never allow myself to be in this position again, but if you currently are and don’t know where to go, this is an excellent choice.

I can’t explain the level of compassion that’s given at this location. Whoever does the hiring carefully picks those who are a good fit. Everyone is so caring and walks you through every step which is a plus seeing that it’s a difficult experience for most of us.

Now I think there are two different locations in one. One for the pill and the other for the in clinic. I can only speak on the pill. They are the most compassionate people, on and ahead of schedule. I couldn’t have asked for a better support staff. The process was easy. The worst part was my anxiety before. Thank you FFP!
