My husband is a collector of transformers and other types of comic books and action figures. owner is exceptional and honest. One of the best dealers of comics and collectibles. And my husband has been to most comic book dealers in the area including quake down the road from him. Quake is good but is not as fair with his prices . If this is your thing I highly recommend visiting this place first. He buys and sells and is an honest dealer of comics. Added comments 2/6/21. My husband collects transformers and was very impressed with not only the awesome selection ( life sized joker was awesome) but owner is genuine ,honest and an absolute pleasure. When the competition will over charge and under pay he does good business and not trying to take advantage he is THE best comics dealer and collectibles in all of Chicago land. I can’t impress how good of a business owner he is and how fair and honest he is. My husband has been to most of not all collectibles dealers in area and he is the best of the best. Per my husband we highly recommend checking this store out. It is well worth it.

Great comic shop with very friendly staff! Always willing to help with whatever weird, niche request you might have. We do a comedy show here every Friday (doors at 7:30pm, show starts at 8:00pm). It features some of Chicago's best up-and-coming stand-up comedians, plus free beer compliments of Half Acre (21)!

Goes without saying this is undoubtedly one of the best comic book stores in Chicago. Awesome owner (Who kinda looks like Odin) and many cool collectibles and comics. 10/10

Very friendly and knowledgeable crew. They are a smaller store, but they have a great selection of comic books as well as an excellent selection of figures and collectibles.
