Do not rent from this company. I was only there for 5 months and it was the worst rental experience of my life. They were extremely slow to repair any damages; the front door to the building was left unlocked/broken for days, broken washers/dryers, electrical issues were never fixed within the apartment and the management is extremely rude no matter the reason for contacting them. They refused to hold the other roommate accountable for under payment on rent and instead grouped myself into an issue stemming a year before I even signed onto the lease. Management refused to have a conversation about safety deposit clean up fee (I was there for only 5 months vs. the roommate was there for 3 years and had trashed it prior to my move in). I received minimal information for moving out, it was a nightmare until literally the last day of my lease and I even moved out a month early.
