Chicago Chop House

This is a really nice restaurant to enjoy some delicious food. First off they did a good job providing a comfortable atmosphere to \dine outside\. It was a bit warm initially but soon it all balanced out. Our server did a really awesome job taking care of us throughout the evening. He was very kind and attentive. The wet aged delmonico was cooked to perfection, along with the lamb chops. They served pretty decent drinks as well. We had a really good time and experience with this establishment. We are looking forward to our next night out there to see what other dishes to try. Glad they were able to deliver on our expectations. Kudos to the chef.

Dined here on Valentine’s Day for dinner. They seemed to overbook the restaurant. It was getting a bit hectic. We saw a lot of angry customers with what seemed like no manager presence anywhere. The staff was left to fend for themselves, or so it appeared. But I have to give 5 stars because.. A. I didn’t have any problems with my table or wait for a table. B. The food was excellent. Best steak and seafood I’ve had. And C. Saved the best for last here, Hector was an OUTSTANDING waiter. His section was outside in the tent. People kept getting seated out there and moving back into the restaurant because they were too cold. We actually felt bad for the servers that were out there. But let me tell you, Hector is a true professional. Great attitude and top notch service. In fact, it was the best service we’ve had in a long time. The busboy was very efficient too. The whole staff all seemed to being doing their best. I give them all a lot of credit. We will definitely be returning.

Wow Just wow. The chophouse was recommended by a friend of mine and boy am I glad that I went here. Ended up making a last minute reservation through google and it was simple. Within 30 minutes we walked over to the chophouse and had our table ready. We had Janae as our waitress and I’m so glad we did because she made our whole experience. You know I’m not really that big into spending money on food because at the end of the day it’s going to be eaten and last for only an hour at max. Janae went through the entire dry vs wet steak and we decided to go big or home so we went for the tomahawk steak and I do not regret it at all. The size of the tomahawk and the texture was incredible. I can’t even really put it into words on how good it was. Just go to chophouse and get the tomahawk if you’re into dry aged. If not then idk what you’re doing. Oh we also got a side of the bacon cheddar mashed potatoes but we devoured the steaks that we didn’t have room for the sides.

Noah was absolutely amazing! By far the best waiter I have ever had. He recommended everything and he was spot on like we had the same taste buds!!! His personality is awesome, super professional, and very helpful! Come here get the lamb chops single cut with the truffle Mac! And be sure to ask for Noah’s section!!!

Food was huge and delicious, we felt safe while dining in the tent that was heated with sufficient airflow (was my biggest concern). We appreciated how they made us feel we were in a fall courtyard with grass, white linen tables and all. They had a Santa playing tunes to keep us entertained. The staff was wonderful and excellent friendly customer service.
