I highly recommend this center for immigration medical exam. I just went there last Monday and now I have my paperworks. It’s so fast. Plus the staff are very friendly and accommodating and very nice. Thank you so much for all the help. Keep it up!

Don't believe their website. I schedule an appointment for a couple month earlier for the medical exam. Still no response. They took my money and went away. No response when I call or no emails... They are fraud.

I read many reviews before going to Chicago Medical Center and I was a bit hesitant to be honest. I went for the immigration medical exam. I called ahead of time to make sure the 195 offer is right, they did confirm as long as I provide the immunization record. The process was fast, took a week to get the sealed envelope with a spare copy for reference. I just got my application approved today. So over all I recommend this center based on price, responsiveness and professionalism.

Thank you for stopping immigration process doctor didn't sign on sealed copy for uscis and now u guys are close and have no information when u guys opening.Now I have to do medical again,waste money just for ur mistake.

This place offers a Certified Civil Surgeon, and have a special price for medical exams and it is a good price. The place looks clean and they do have a pharmacy inside for medications. They do not offer parking but there is plenty of street parking. On their website they do say they do accept records from other clinics but if you do not have your records, they will give you more shots and you will end up paying a lot more. So if you do have your records bring them and make sure you ask what they are looking for so you are ready. Another thing that it was confusing is that they do not have name tags on them and they do not tell you their title. There was a lady in front and a man going back and forth that some people called them doctors but when I talked to them they did not say they were doctors. The front desk was two ladies and one of them was very helpful while the other not so much, the helpful one I think her name is Beatriz but I am not certain.
