I've had three good purchases/experiences at Chicago Gadgets. I was so happy to see that they've reopened again! IMO it's the only place to go to get good quality refurbished phones and repair old ones. Prices are always fair and service is excellent. I'm never ever going to buy a ew\ phone ever again.

I brought my xbox 1x here hoping to get it fixed, unfortunately they couldn't diagnose a problem. I wasted time trying to figure out what was wrong with it, fortunately i wasnt charged. 4 stars for effort.

I took my primary laptop here for service a couple of years ago and Alex fixed it very quickly without charging an arm and a leg. Recently I took in my other laptop which wouldn't turn on and runs on Win XP, because the antiquated music program I use won't work on Win 10. Alex not only got the machine up and running but now the music program works as well. And, he didn't charge me! I highly recommend them. Outstanding service and very honest and fair in their dealings!

Quick service, purchased a Note 4 few years back, it was in great condition, Recently I had my Pixel2xl battery and charging port fixed for a decent price, phone was old and had water damaged so it died anyway, went and bought a Samsung Galaxy 7 for 185, could not beat those deals. Phone has been working great for the last 2 months, staff is super Friendly and helpful, Hablan ESPAÑOL that is Thanks Chicago Gadgets
