What can I say, I did more cart wheels and 360 fly jump kicks in 1 hour than all the martial art training I have had in my life! I really recommend this place if you have a dance background and are curious about Kung fu. Look forward to seeing you guys fly with me! Peace.

Sifu Wang is patient and very good with teaching kids. My 5 year old started when he was 4 and a half and I can see great improvements on his strength and balances. These classes definitely makes up for the lack of physical education our school has for our children nowadays. Most importantly, I'm thankful for the respects and disciplines Sifu Wang teaches my son. Highly recommended!
Long over due review, really patient and experience mentor. HIGHLY recommend for all ages, you'll definitely enjoy the different people and experiences. Both location in Bridgeport and Lincoln Park have very capable and skilled teachers. It offers different arts such as WuShu/Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Sanshou, in my opinion the best school out there! Highly recommended!
Great school, great workout. Went in for a trial class of sanshou and loved it. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly instructors.
