These guys were awful from the beginning. The car in the ad was not the car they showed us, but we accepted it anyway. The windshield in the picture was crack free but when we went to see it, it was completely cracked all the way across. We were told it would be fixed free of charge the same day, which it was not. Not even two days after driving it, the fuse box went out completely. We took it back to them under their 30 day warranty. We called almost everyday to check the status and nothing was ever done. After a month, we got it back and not only was it not fixed and the windshield still not replaced, but there was a flat tire, a dead battery, a large dent in the front, and the emergency brake no longer worked. Our mechanic who had previously inspected the bad fuse box confirmed they didn't even mess with it like they said they did. Since getting it back, we have not been able to contact them for the title and it has been three months. Needless to say, we are in the process of suing them for the cost and expenses of fixing the vehicle plus the tow and gas and missed time from work for having to make numerous trips out to them just to even talk to them about it. They are awful human beings trying to cheat people and expect to get away with it. They cut corners and even their own employees warn you to be wary of them. I thought he was joking but I see now I should have listened to him. They are impossible to reach if they know who is calling. Their company phone was even turned off so we couldn't reach them. They are scum and lowlifes trying to rip you off.

Never ever buy a car from this unprofessional place, if I could give a 1/2 star I would.

Didn't get the title and plates, the car broke down after 2 weeks of driving. Can't get my money back, can't contact them. NECER even think of buying of them. In process of suing these people!

If I could give them no stars I would but that wasn't a option. But My Fiancée and I got a car from them they gave us bogus temp plates just for us to discover the car was registered with some one else. The police ripped the tags off and towed the car. When we went to talk to the dealership they gave a verity of excuses and supposedly gave us a car of equal value; because obviously the other car was a lost cause for us. Come to find out this second vehicle was a salvage car that he failed to mention. we found out after multiple attempts to get the hard plates for the vehicle then going to the secretary of state on our own . this dealer ship is the worst preying on people for their hard earned money sailing very poor vehicles to people who are unsuspecting buyers. shame on them

Well just like others have said I purchased a vehicle cash it's now 1 year and a half later NO TITLE. I've made multiple trips because they won't answer the phone and pretty much got the run around.

One of favorite dealerships in Chicago. I bought my daughters car here and my car too when it started having problems. Definitely one of my favorite dealerships that I've bought a car from

This is a deceptive dealership. I purchased a used car in July 2014 paid cash and told the plates and tilte would be sent to us in 2 weeks. Now 4 months later, no plates or title, we learned the vehicle was a salvage vehicle and never went through the required inspection etcetera by the dealership, after going to Secy of State to get an extension on the plate. The dealer is obligated by law to provide car title when purchasing a new or used car. God only knows what else will be uncovered by the time we get to the bottom of this situation. They are liars and crooks. It is now Nov 2014 and we still have not received the plates or the title registration both of which were paid for at the time of purchase. Do not trust these guys or make a purchase without getting the title up front. Not only is this an extremely unsafe situation for any consumer to be put in, they should not be able to remain in business since they clearly are out to rip off people and deliberately break the laws they are suppose to operate within. This is criminal. We will do everything possible to see that these guys are not permitted to do this to others. If you have had an issue with this dealership please make it public so others will not have to go through this unfair, unsafe and down right criminal situation. Contact the alderman, states attorney, secy of state police, better business bureau and any one that can help put a stop to this.
