Oh my god absolutely excellent service. My servers name was John. He was such a nice guy the respect was all there from this man. And the food!! Oh my some of the best Italian food I’ve had. And this is coming from an Italian who’s grandma and mama has always been stuffing me with their yummy food. Meatballs almost as good as my Ma’s and their veal chop was incredible. Thank you and bless

To start everyone was complaining it was cold, one person kept asking to turn up the heat. My braised short ribs were very chewy, potatoes were cold. Braised short ribs should melt in your mouth they must have microwaved them, NOT GOOD!!! My wife's meal was delicious. The wait staff was spot on. Very dissatisfied with my meal.

Food is unbelievably good, in a town of fantastic restaurants Chianti is always in the top three. The Bartender Josh was amongst the best servers I've ever had. His signature drink was top notch. My table had all specials and there wasn't a single disappointing bite. While pricey it isn't out of hand for Saratoga at all. I highly recommend going. Go early if you are a walk-in because you will not get a seat otherwise.
