Amazed at the experience I had here. Customer service was awesome. Super clean facility and the wait was probably about 5 min. The nurse offered me something to eat because I didn't eat breakfast before I came, so sweet. Receptionist was very helpful. The doctor was nice and explained everything. The other nurse was super friendly. I can't believe I actually had a good experience

This hospital is the best out there! My significant other had to have multiple surgeries on his stomach and the staff were very caring and patient! They are all so kind and wonderful to everyone who comes through the doors! The Subway and the adorable gift shop here are also pluses! :)
Had my son there. Had many complications but they took great care of my son and I! I had to be there 5 days total. Everyone I encountered took great care of us! They also have taken care of family members of mine. Great hospital!
My family has been admitted here several times and almost every other hospital in Omaha also. If someone in your family needs critical or complicated care and you have CHI only health insurance, this is THE place to be. It is the only CHI teaching hospital. That means you get the best doctors and nurses. If you otherwise have a choice in heath systems for the same reasons, then UNMC is your only other choice. For minor problems and procedures the rest are adequate. in response to a previous review; If you have billing problems at ANY CHI facility ask for the Patient Advocate number. They will steer you through the CHI system.
Horrible \I can't help you here I need to transfer you to X\ customer service. Was transferred 5 times before deciding to just hang up. One thing they're definitely good at is passing the buck. Apparently this place doesn't like to get paid because I can't find anyone to take my call to pay a bill for their egregious pricing.
