Best place in Toulouse. It is not the first time I eat here. It's basically my \weekend restaurant\. Absolutely great price/quality with extra quality. Great service and the owner is super friendly and carrying. They will take good care of you. It's a \all you can eat\ service -but don't get confused or judgmental about anythings else you've seen before. This is an absolutely quality restaurant. Food is prepared freshly and you can eat all hot dishes -usually three- plus a full served traditionally-from-the-region entries already on the table when you get there. When you finish there is also a desert table with five or six different french deserts. Tables are shared and most of the people are friendly and may even try to small chat -at least they will wish you a \bonne app\. A lot of French locals in the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant feels like a traditional place from hundreds years. Very nice atmosphere and beautifully decorated.

Loved the concept buffet all you can eat! Savoury and simple, it was delicious. Reservations are needed in winter.

Shared table, serve yourself French Country Food. The food is outstanding, for example I had lentils so good I may never eat another food. While the place may not be for everyone, since it isn't fancy and you serve and bus yourself, for me it was an outstanding example of everything good about French food culture.

A Restaurant without real service which is quite funny. When you come the entries are on the table then the main course and the Dessert you serve yourself and as much as you want. There's only one main course. But all together a nice atmosphere. Very nice and kind personal. Thumbs up

Yesterday we had a great dinner at \Chez Nazarene\. I accidently found the tip on a website and was surprised. The concept is amazing. All dishes were great and tasty. You get a clou of *traditional homemade food*. The price is worth every cent for what you get. Most guests were French, I guess we were the only tourists. ( What is always a good sign) The patron is nice and explains all the food. If you are in Toulouse and look for a good restaurant with authentic food, take the opportunity to stop by. Enjoy a wonderful evening with great food and great people. What we had: A variety of starters like French salami, fish, colesalad, duck paté, lens salad, aso. A homemade soup , veal goulash and rice. For desert: mousse au chocolat, a crème , milk rice, homemade stewed apple and bottled prunes , like at grandma's. A variety of regional cheese. Oh, by the way, it's a less than 10 minutes walk from station Palais de Justice , the final station of line T2 which connects Toulouse Airport with the city of Toulouse.

Absolutely loved the entire experience. Go and feast on honest home style French cooking. Sit around family dining tables and meet new friends. Will be coming back again when I return. Had a truly amazing night, made to feel so very welcome.
