Booked a table for four at lunchtime. Lovely day so were able to sit out in the beautiful courtyard. Staff were very welcoming and courteous throughout. The 'set' menu is somewhat limited but each course had a choice of three dishes, well cooked and presented. Not massive portions but sufficient to send us away comfortably full and happy. Will be going back soon and would recommend Chez Manija very highly. Simple, unprtentious indian food. Try it,

My curry really wasn’t the best, with not much fish which was very tough. The naan was not at all like the naan served in British Indian restaurants, very thin and small. The service was a bit odd, and the waiter nearly knocked our drinks of the table with his backside without even noticing. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but definitely nothing special. I thought it could have been much better.

We go for lots of Curries in the UK, this was one of the best we've had in a long long time. Portions are perfectly sized, we enjoyed Lassies, Popadoms, Red wine, lamb and chicken curry with Rice & garlic naan. Definitely our new favourite destination in Perigueux!

Had a wonderful stay. Large bedrooms. Large common space. Nice breakfast. I have friends that stay there yearly.
