We travelled to Bordeaux and found this Chinese restaurant accidentally. They were very nice and recommended wonderful food for we two. Very tasty and deserves good evaluation
All of the dumplings are amazing. But the unsuspecting standout was the bok choy. If you order from Chez Hibou, you must get the bok choy. So garlicky and delicious. It was very busy so I recommend making a reservation or ordering to go.
Exactly the kind of Chinese I like: full of Asian clients, dishes that are authentic (as opposed to adapted to local taste) and tasty. And the prices and service are great, too! Their speciality is the dumplings, with an extraordinary value, and other hot dishes. Specially recommended for people used to travelling to Asia
Excellente discovery in this little but cozy restaurant. All of the dumplings are hand-made ! We have tried Sanxian dumplings and two dishes with fishes and chicken. Delicious! Service was awesome . Will be back definitely!
The best chinese style restaurant you can find in Bordeaux, a short walk away from one of the main plaza of the city. Good portions, tasty, what else can you ask for ? The dumplings are great and try the sweet pork if you can with a rice serving
Superb delicious food, excellent staff who are very welcoming, friendly and helpful with food suggestions. The food was delicious, we will definitely be visiting again and I fully recommend it.
I can't judge this place since I didn't eat here. My wife can't eat spicy foods and this place was full of spicy and had very little non spicy foods. Not the normal Chinese restaurant. My wife put the star on the comment. I would try it if she wasn't with me.
