Simply fabulous. The whole meal was delicious. Hot parmesan pastry bites at start which melted in the mouth. Delicious breads. All our dishes were wonderful. Cod cooked to perfection. Venison rich and tender. The cheese board is to die for! Service is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Having refurbished during lockdown, Chez Bruce has reopened and maintained everything that was fantastic about it pre-lockdown. The food is outstanding, the service is impeccable but it's retained the 'neighbourhood bistro' feel that makes it cozy and relaxed. The cheese course stands out still and as Bruce himself said after visiting our table, \it's what we do here.\ We look forward to returning.
Great food, great service. Small menu, but it was hard to choose because all the options were incredibly appetising. I would recommend the lobster raviolo, well worth the supplement. They seem to be pretty busy post-Covid, but they managed to rearrange the tables pretty well for compliant social distancing.

It's been sometime since we dined here but very glad we came back to celebrate a birthday. We had a lovely three course meal. Staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. See photos enclosed.
